We have been looking forward to Stephanie and Steven’s October wedding for a long time and were excited to finally shoot their engagement pictures last weekend. It was great to see you again, Stephanie…we can’t wait until your big day!

Matt is our first senior from Blue Valley High School. We shot his cousin, Sam last spring (HHS, Class of 2010). Hope you enjoyed your shoot, Matt…we had a blast!

Thank you, Mr. and Mrs. Thomas, for sharing your big day with us! Despite the hot, hot August heat, it was a beautiful day. We have compiled a list of the top ten things that made your wedding awesome. Here they are (in no particular order):
- The awesome photo booth
- Quite possibly the best “best man” speech ever
- Megan’s crazy cool dress and matching hair accessory
- The Sigma Kappa reunion
- The trip to Ryan’s grandma’s on the way to the reception
- Megan & Ryan’s excellent music selection. Is there a better first dance song than Dave singing “You and Me”? We don’t think so.
- The fact that they had not one, but two limos for their big day (We’ll leave out the details that got them to that point…).
- The moves displayed on the dance floor by the bride and groom, the wedding party, and the guests, and their ability to improvise when the music stopped. Twice.
- The awesome cake topper. It was so “Megan and Ryan.”
- Seeing the flower girl and ring bearer make it down (and back up) the aisle in record time.

It was so much fun getting to know little C and to get a chance to see an old friend from high school (our babies share birthday months!). I can’t believe how fast this year has gone. Happy birthday, C!
